Pediatric Inpatient (IPD)

The pediatric in-patient department provides 24-hour medical services for sick children who need special attentive care. This includes children with respiratory diseases such as pneumonia and bronchitis, enteric fever, sepsis, burns, dehydration, malnutrition… This inpatient department consists 50 beds in two shared wards and private rooms (cabins), but the hospital is aiming to expand its capacity to an additional 50 beds. The private rooms are used for isolation of patients who are at high risk of contracting an infection or of infecting others, and for families who wish to pay extra money for a private room.   Service Hours: 7 days a week, 24-hour service
