20 Years Journey of Mrs. Arlette Guhl at Siddhi Memorial Hospital
The year 1995 to 2015:
Mrs. Arlette Guhl and her husband Marcel Guhl visited Siddhi Memorial Health Service Center at Barahaisthan, Bhaktapur – 14
First she collected 2000 Swiss frank from her late father’s friends and relatives as a donation to our health service center.
Since then every year she has been collecting donation for Siddhi Memorial Hospital’s recurrent expenditure and term deposit for future sustainability.
She connected with an international organization called Frères de nos Frères (FdnF) in Geneva. FdnF granted funds to meet our partial recurrent expenditure till 2013.
She also connected with Swiss Development Cooperation Nepal to get funding for the essential furniture for old age home.
With her untiring effort she has been collecting funds in Switzerland for our hospital through her friends and supporters.
She has granted scholarship for medical student.
Her loving compassionate journey with us for 20 years has made a remarkable contribution to the change and development in the history of Siddhi Memorial Foundation.
The dire need of Rehabilitation services after the big earthquake in Nepal. With the help of Shree Bidada Sarvodaya Trust/ Jaya Rehabilitation Institute and Research Center, India, The Rehabilitation Department was started at Siddhi Memorial Hospital on 24th April 2016 .
Inauguration of Extended Health Service
With request of the patients and community people , Hospital has planned to set up extended health service at Suryabinayak Chock , Bhaktapur . Today on 7th February 2016 , the service was inaugurated by the founding members of Nepalhilfe Beilngries , Germany .

As the coronavirus COVID-19 has grown to pandemic level—impacting our daily lives at work and home—we want to share what Siddhi Memorial Foundation is doing to support the safety and well-being of the communities in which we live, work, and serve.
We are operating 3 Help Desks for COVID-19 in our hospital area, First Help Desk as Triage Area operates from 9 am to 5 pm at main entry gate for fever screening, strict handwashing and sanitizing facility. Other help desks are in service for patients and visitors from 9 am to 2 pm.
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for patients and their families and we are working to provide services in all possible ways.
