A Letter From The Heart

A Letter From The Heart

integral and prominent part of my life. Today the word “Siddhi” SMF, needs no introduction for its immense and continuous works towards humanity’s service.
Siddhi was my brother who brought celebration, happiness and joys, he completed our family. Little did we know, my precious brother was destined to live for a short period of time, but live in the hearts of millions until eternity. Words run short while expressing my deeper sentiments about my brother but my heart always ignites with my father’s saying: “I lost my child but I’m happy to save lives of other children”.
We are celebrating the Silver Jubilee at SMF on 29th October 2018. I am bonded with SMF with every breath I take, pledging to serve with my conscience, capacity and abilities. This world is full of great humanitarians but everyone needs an inspiration to go ahead and stand out from the crowd. We need strong faith, trust, dedication, perseverance and trust in God and humanity.
Life is beautiful but uncertain. It shows that even tragedies reflect something splendid! Siddhi has also evolved from its own share of roller coaster rides. The journey has not been easy. Hope is the light in the darkness which brings comfort, faith and reassurance.
We are a small family but take pride in standing tall with our accomplishments from a small free clinic to a well-established hospital for women and children. My heart blossoms when I hear a baby’s first cry, seniors holding hands, children smiling in the wards, exceptional treatment and research accomplishment — feathers in our hats…. No matter what may come, together we can survive. Undoubtedly SMF is very fortunate to have dedicated staff members, board members, advisors and community. With their helping hands and strong belief, we have been able to beat all odds and reach exalted ranks.
Note: I would like to heartily congratulate SMF for the Silver Jubilee celebrations and take the golden opportunity to express to my father that…. “Every sacrifice he has made shedding blood and tears is worth honoring him for being the best Father in the world. May God Bless You and grant you the power to remain as loving and compassionate as you are always!!”
